We welcome you for a presentation of the wine estate and its history, walk along the plot, explanations about agroecology, followed by a visit of the fermentation room.
Wine tasting served with cold meal.
This tour includes :
- presentation of the estate and its history,
- a short walk on our hillsides to enjoy a beautiful view,
- explanation of our vineyard practices, including organic farming, plant cover and agroforestry,
- tour of the winery and explanations of our winemaking processes (sulfite-free, indigenous yeasts, etc.),
- wine tasting
- meal with quiche lorraine, cold slices, local cheese
