Villefranche and Beaujolais Academy
Académie de Villefranche et du Beaujolais is an association under the law of 1901, declared to be of public utility on 07/12/1956 under number 1967 at the Rhône Prefecture. This company was established as a Royal Academy by letters patent from King Louis XIV in December 1695.
The aim of the Academy is to bring together all those with a particular interest in the scientific, literary, artistic and economic life of Villefranche and the Beaujolais region.
