Stroll and wild plant picking

Welcome to the WILD PLANT PICKING AND COOKING Workshop in which you will learn:
- how to recognize the edible and medicinal plants around us using your five senses,
- how to transform them into delicious recipes, themed herbal teas, sun-loving oil macerates, and beneficial balms, etc.
- how to better understand nature and your innermost being
Each workshop includes a 2.5-hour walk and a 1.5-hour herbal preparation session.

Since 2016, i'm a naturopath, trained at the Prometerre University of Plants, I love to share a different perspective on our environment and tools for greater independence.

The walks never exceed 1.5 km and are suitable for everyone. Each session will cover about ten plants and a recipe for cosmetic preparations, or two to three culinary recipes.

The meeting location in Beaujolais will be communicated to registrants a few days before the outing.
