Whether you're alone, with a group or with your family, come and discover Le Nautile aquatic and fitness centre with its sports, leisure and outdoor pools (open from June), its water slide, its fitness, cardio-training and RPM rooms, and its wellness area.

A fully equipped cardio and weight training area to keep you in shape: guided weight machines, bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines, treadmills, as well as a cycling studio for RPM classes.
A complete wellness area for relaxation: saunas, salt cave, hammam, ice fountain, spa, cold shower, solarium, herbal tea room and Zen terrace.
New: a gaming activity with an interactive wall accessible to young and old (aged 6 and above) for fun exercise (20-minute group sessions for up to 8 people).
Throughout the year, we offer a wide range of fitness activities (CAF, Bodysculpt, Bodybalance, Pilates, etc.) and aqua sports (Acquafitness, Acquabiking, Bodypalm, etc.) supervised by our instructors! Choose from individual sessions, a 10-session pass or a membership package.
For children and adults of all ages, from the youngest to the oldest, we offer baby swimming sessions and swimming lessons for beginners and advanced swimmers, available as courses or throughout the year!

Opening hours
From 02/01 to 30/12/2026 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 12 pm and 8 pm. On Tuesday between 12 pm and 10 pm. On Thursday between 7 am and 8.30 am and between 12 pm and 8 pm. On Saturday between 12 pm and 7 pm. On Sunday between 9 am and 7 pm.
The above opening hours only apply to the aquatic area during term time (for school holidays, public holidays and the Fitness and Wellness areas, please consult our website and social media pages).
All areas must be vacated 30 minutes before the centre closes.
