To relax with ease
A series of simple psychophysical and breathing exercises to improve your physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
You leave feeling calm, relaxed and with tools of relaxation useful in everyday life.

-Laughing workshops Sous le Chêne
It’s a Rigology workshop, composed mainly of adults. It is also suitable for children (accompanied by an adult). It can be organised on the date of your choice, personalisable, from 8 persons (to mark a highlight between friends, family, celebrate a birthday, a bachelorette party animation, etc.).

- Sophrology workshops
Training of the body and mind for daily wellness. Simple body exercises, breathing techniques, positive and soothing visualizations.

Thematic workshops:
For thematic workshops, I propose dates regularly. The date can also be requested by a group of 8 persons or more.
For any specific request, the content is adapted to the needs and desires of the group. An exchange with the organiser is therefore necessary and indispensable before the animation. They are an original occasion to celebrate a family event, birthday, bachelorette, retirement, …
