Guided walk through the Pierres Dorées vineyards and wine tasting

During this walk through the vineyards on the heights of Pouilly-le-Monial, in the heart of the Pierres Dorées region, Laurence will show you vines cultivated in different ways, varied landscapes and historical heritage (cadole, château, village).
You'll be able to see the demanding work done on the vines (from awakening to harvesting the grapes), amplified by organic and biodynamic practices, with the aim of creating atypical wines with character.
After a visit to the cellar, where the winemaking process will be explained, including Amphora ageing, you'll be able to taste up to 5 wines from the Cédric Vincent estate's range: white and red Beaujolais, St Amour, Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent and Bourgogne Blanc.
