Our workshops will introduce you to the day-to-day work of a market gardener, as well as a review of environmentally-friendly cultivation practices that can be transposed to a vegetable garden: soil preparation, sowing, etc. For some workshops, we also offer the chance to discover lacto-fermentation, an ancient technique that makes it possible to revisit all vegetables!
