Georges la Fay, oenologist and wine merchant in Beaujeu, the historic capital of the Beaujolais region, will be delighted to introduce you to the wines of his region.
You'll start by discovering the grape varieties, growing methods and winemaking techniques used in the region.
You will learn to recognise the main aromas present in Beaujolais, Morgon, Brouilly, etc. Then you'll enjoy a fun tasting of six wines from different appellations.
We'll highlight the diversity of aromas and structures induced by the different terroirs of Beaujolais.
