The tour begins with a reading of the building walls, revealing the dates of construction of each part since the 13th century, and the uses to which it has been put by successive families.
A walk through the vineyards will explain our highly innovative approach to growing vines. We want to break away from intensive monoculture. To this end, we have planted trees and shrubs in the vineyards to provide shade, increase biodiversity and recreate life in the subsoil, conserving moisture and encouraging root exchanges.
The tour continues with a visit to the large vat room and cellar, where we talk about our winemaking and ageing methods.
The tour concludes with a tasting of some of our wines.
