Domaine de Ruty is a former winegrowing estate with a large 242m2 reception hall (former vat room) and accommodation for 28 people (on weekdays, the hall and accommodation can be booked separately).

The reception room:
Inside, you'll be able to admire a magnificent exposed framework. The walls are made of stone, old-fashioned lime plaster and aged wood. The space is very bright, with 5 large bay windows and large stone bull's-eyes giving it exceptional charm. It is furnished with chairs, round tables & an oval table (extendable up to 20 people). It also includes microphones and video projector. The room is air-conditioned or heated.
A catering area is provided with work surface, sinks and cold room.

The outdoor area for outdoor cocktails:
Here you can contemplate the magnificent view of the estate, as well as the tower of the adjoining building (dating from the early 18th century) with its gargoyles and beautiful stone staircase. The park is planted with a multitude of flowering plants, and you can also enjoy the lawns and shade of the large cedars. Garden furniture is at your disposal, garden tables, chairs, benches and low walls will seat around 50/60 people.

Accommodation:
The estate boasts 28 on-site berths divided into two areas:

- Room side:
A large air-conditioned room for 13 people (9 single beds and 2 double beds)
with 2 bathrooms/toilets, bed linen provided - excluding towels.
A garden room for 2 people (160cm bed), air-conditioned (PMR-equipped), bed linen and towels provided.

- A gite space (in another building) for 13 people comprising :

1 31-square-meter living room with fully-equipped kitchen (with crockery and cutlery for 15 people) and sitting room.
3 bedrooms for 2 people (with 160cm beds)
1 bedroom for 3 people (with 1 bed 160 and a bed 90)
1 room for 4 people (with 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 140)

All rooms are air-conditioned and have private bathrooms and toilets. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Location:
The Domaine bénéficie is located 25 minutes north of Lyon, 20 minutes from the TGV train station at Mâcon-Loché, 5 minutes from the Belleville en Beaujolais train station and 1 hour from Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport. It's easily accessible, yet protected from the nuisances of the city.
