Near Lyon & Villefranche-sur-Saône, beautiful accommodation on extensive wine-growing estate (called Domaine de Fond Moiroux) also including a dwelling (occasionally occupied). Sylvie & Bertrand (owners) are winegrowers. Tasting of estate wines, tour of estate can be arranged on request for guests interested. Accessed via shared courtyard or via private terrace (gate). Ground floor : large living room (dining area, lounge area with fireplace & flat screen TV). Separate open kitchen. Raised open space with WC (washbasin) & cupboard with washing-machine. 1st floor : lounge area (sofa, coffee table), 3 double rooms with large wall cupboards and original parquet floors (180 x 200 cm bed, private shower room including Wc), (160 x 200 cm bed), (140 x 190 cm bed). 2 shower rooms. Separate WC. Outdoors : private shaded terrace with sets of garden furniture, barbecue, extensive view. Shared shady garden below (accessed via stairs) with deck chairs, garden furniture, breathtaking views. Table tennis & bowls set at disposal. Bed linen and towels supplied free, final cleaning included in rent.
