The interior has been completely and meticulously renovated, combining wood, stone, and eco-friendly wall finishes. Access is via a terrace (stairs): entrance into the living room (lounge area, dining area) / open-plan kitchen, a sleeping area separated by a wooden partition and curtains (1 double bed 140 x 200 cm), laundry room, enclosed hallway leading to two bedrooms (2 single beds that can be joined upon request) (1 double bed), shower room (walk-in shower), WC. The cottage is very well equipped with kitchen appliances, household appliances, and audiovisual equipment (micro stereo system with CD player, USB port, and Bluetooth). Heating is provided by a wood pellet boiler.

Outside: a large tiled terrace, partially covered, extends from the living room; there is a private shaded area at the foot of the stairs; a large play area; and a semi-inground, heated wooden swimming pool shared with the owners (please inquire about usage times). There is also a storage area for bicycles (and children's scooters). The property is enclosed and has parking.

The owners' house is attached, and the two entrances are separate.

The cottage is ideal for gatherings with friends and family. The playground, secure terrace, relaxation area, and swimming pool are all highly appreciated, all within a fenced property.
