A place open to its environment and the authentic values of Beaujolais. Designed to create new Emotions & Experiences: a tasting & celebration area, 18 beds in 4 lodges, 20,000 m² of enclosed, restructured and landscaped grounds.

In the heart of the Beaujolais region, in an old wine-growing estate dating back to the 14th century. 2.5 hectares of outdoor space and 1500m² of buildings. A responsible and respectful renovation of the heritage and the environment to enhance biodiversity: minimal mechanical intervention, old-fashioned greenhouse, permaculture vegetable garden and 90-tree orchard, planting of 6,000 shrubs and 100 trees, flower meadow, a flock of sheep, a company of hens and a few pigs accompany the 1,500 vines of resistant table grapes, all chemical-free from day one. The hedges, the hundred or so trees, the pond and puddle are home to a whole host of wildlife that has returned to settle in over the seasons: partridges, herons, green-necked eagles, hooting cats, bats, passerines, frogs, dragonflies..

Le cuvage bâtit comme une église par le célèbre architecte Louis Gaspard Dupasquier a été restructuré en remplaçant un toit par une grande terrasse plein sud (60 personnes), ouverte sur les vignes, en créant de nouvelles ouvertures en pierre de taille, en implantant une mezzanine (30 personnes) sur des piliers fonte de la même époque, en installant une cheminée pour plus de confort et de convivialité mais aussi en conservant le pressoir américain. La ré-invention du lieu permet de concilier authenticité et modernité. Un soin particulier a été apporté au choix du mobilier et des éclairages pour accueillir votre brunch et offrir à vos invités le maximum de confort. Structuré autour de plusieurs espaces: salles principale, salon cozy, mezzanine, terrasse, le cuvage peut accueilli des groupes de quelques personnes à 150 participants dans le même esprit convivial.
