Enjoy exclusive use of the entire property with its three family kitchens, four living rooms (including a veranda and one with a fireplace), two dining rooms (seating 10 and 20 people), 9 bedrooms (double and twin), a large fully equipped meeting room, an enclosed garden with a pétanque court and heated swimming pool, a spa with sauna and jacuzzi, a games room, and 360° views of the vineyards!

The meeting room is oval-shaped and can accommodate up to 14 people for work. Projections are shown on a white wall, and the room can be completely darkened.
In terms of equipment, we provide fiber optic WiFi, a ceiling-mounted video projector with HDMI, sound system, USB cables, chargers, 2 flipcharts (paper and Velléda, desk pads, paper, highlighters, pens, post-it notes, etc.), and a ring light for your photo or video needs.

A buffet of delicacies is set up in the meeting room with unlimited drinks (still and sparkling water, fruit juice, coffee, tea).

Within this framework, we offer two types of “corporate premium” business stays:

 Short stay (1 night/1 day with meals):
the “Leadership & Human Being” stay, offering discreet service and the freedom of home for executive committees, executive boards, executives, managers, etc., whose goal is to make structural and strategic decisions in a calm, confidential, and inspiring setting.

 Long format (1 night, 2 days with meals and activities):
the “Human & Wellness Performance” stay, or living together to promote cohesion, designed for teams wishing to improve collective performance by taking care of people and the relationships between them.

However, it is possible to take advantage of the facilities at Maison Laetitia by creating your own seminar with or without accommodation: we can then recommend other service providers (caterers, entertainment, etc.) or welcome those of your choice.

In this case, private use of the house on a self-catering basis is €2,150/night all-inclusive with accommodation, or €1,300 without accommodation.

Finally, Maison Laetitia is easily accessible: 35 minutes from Lyon by car (10 minutes from exit 31.1 or 31.2 of the A6 motorway), or 2 hours from Paris (1 hour 30 minutes by TGV and 30 minutes by transfer). The Villefranche sur Saône TER train station is 10 minutes from the house and connects to Lyon Vaise in 20 minutes.
