Made to the same recipe for 3 generations, that of my grandfather Victor Lapalus, our Beaujolais andouillettes are traditional and handmade. This recipe with veal strawberries is unique to our Beaujolais and Lyonnais regions.
Andouillette Beaujolaise made with Braillon string, in a totally traditional way, as this embossing method can only be done by hand.
We use mainly French raw materials and fresh produce. We have chosen to remain a small company so that we can continue to produce our products by hand and satisfy customers who are looking for quality products that are different from those currently on offer in many shops. Don't hesitate to come and discover them in our shop in Anse.
