Brasserie Kachmar, based in Anse in Beaujolais, crafts unique artisanal beers combining expertise and exceptional ingredients. Free from artificial flavors, our recipes blend tradition and creativity to offer bold and surprising flavors.
Brasserie Kachmar opened its doors in 2019 in Anse, in the heart of the Beaujolais region. It is the culmination of twenty years of experience in crafting cocktails for renowned lounge bars and restaurants in France and abroad. Drawing on this expertise, the brewery has developed around fifty unique recipes since its creation, blending craftsmanship and creativity.
Each week, the brewery produces an average of 1,000 liters of beer on-site. The range includes six permanent beers, complemented by limited-edition creations inspired by the seasons and the brewer’s creativity.
Our goal is to prioritize high-quality ingredients by selecting the finest hops and malts while also surprising adventurous palates with bold and unexpected flavors. Wild hops, Lebanese sumac, Damask rose, grape molasses, timut pepper, and dried black lemons from Iran are just a few of the ingredients we love to incorporate into our brews to spark curiosity and delight.
All our recipes are crafted without artificial flavors, using only natural ingredients, some of which we grow and harvest ourselves.
