The Amalthée farm is an angora and cashmere goat farm in the Beaujolais. From the hair of our goats, we produce mohair and cashmere fibres that we transform into different products (pullover, scarf…) and that we offer for direct sales.
On the farm, we raise about 120 angora goats and 50 cashmere goats in the respect of the environment and animal welfare. We offer a wide range of products complemented by hand-knitted sweaters as well as customised clothing, all in Mohair or Mohair and Silk and Cashmere fibres. For us, with this adventure, it is the wish to share our passion as breeders and to make discover our label ‘Mohair des Fermes de France’.
