These motocross sessions are open to everyone aged 17 and over, men and women, novices and experienced riders alike...
You will be supervised by a qualified instructor who will help you discover the unique sensations of riding a motocross bike.
In groups of 1 to 5 people, you'll ride on safe, prepared terrain.
After a few explanations of the different controls on the motorbike, the instructor will take you out on the track to tackle several aspects of motocross riding: throttle and brake management, handling, gear shifting, climbing and descending....
Depending on your level, you will ride on different terrains.
Loisirs Motorsport provides the appropriate equipment: helmet (with cover), gloves, knee pads, elbow pads.
For your part, you MUST wear: jeans, trainers, long sleeves, knee-high socks. Bring a change of clothes.
