- The Essentials Collection: Learn the techniques of haute pâtisserie (Paris-Brest, lemon meringue tart, light and airy pavlova, babka or number cake).
- Adult-Child Duo Collection: A moment of refined togetherness to pass on a taste for good things (working with choux pastry, homemade childhood snacks).
- Ephemeral Collection: A celebration of flavours throughout the calendar (spring strawberry cake, Easter creations, Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc.).
- Parties & Events Collection: Private, tailor-made workshops for your birthdays, hen parties or family gatherings (up to 8 guests).
A turnkey service: Enjoy the experience without any hassle. Le P'tit Labo provides everything you need: fresh, seasonal ingredients, professional equipment (food processors, precision utensils) and aprons. All you need is an oven and a refrigerator.

After the workshop, the recipe card will be sent to you by email so you can continue the experience at home.
