Founded by two wine experts, Anaïs Burnichon and Inès Delmotte, they aim to break down barriers in the world of wine and highlight the richness of the terroir in a fun, educational, and immersive way.
Based in Lyon, Anaïs and Inès travel throughout Beaujolais and the surrounding area to offer unique experiences to individuals and businesses.
Through interactive experiences accessible to everyone, they help participants better understand the impact of soil and flavor pairings on wine tasting.
