494 rue Nationale
69400 Villefranche-sur-Saône
This house have three main buildings, two courtyards and two stairways. The main building, on the side of the rue Nationale, has two floors and an attic lit by three openings.
The first courtyard has a turret, surrounded by columns, and a spiral staircase and is lit by two openings on each floor.
The base receives the weight of the construction, accentuating the power that emanates from this courtyard. A post-Renaissance window surmounted by a Louis XIII transom illuminates the second floor.
The gallery, located in the extension of the turret, of the same period, continues in return of square on the east facade.
At the foot of this turret, a small window and a door with a low arch dating from the 17th century open onto an alley leading to the second courtyard of the 18th century
