Cédric Vincent wine estate

Cédric Vincent is a passionate man in search of excellence who has always worked in association with nature, respecting the cycles of the earth, the vines and the ageing process.
He has created his own identity based on terroir (family vineyard heritage), knowledge (higher oenology studies) and experience (winemaking in different regions and 7 years as a consultant in Beaune).
Our 10-hectare estate is located in the southern part of the Beaujolais region, in the Pierres Dorées area, where we grow our Chardonnay on clay-limestone soils, his preferred terroir. To the north of the vineyard in the Crus, our old vines (50 to 120 years old) planted with Gamay Noir on granitic soils with exceptional terroirs enable us to produce our Morgon (including aging in Amphora) and Moulin-à-Vent.
